4. Collaboration & Deal Participation UrbanTrust enables users to collaborate and form deals. All agreements are between users unless explicitly stated. UrbanTrust is not liable for user agreements.
5. Payments & Escrow (Paylock) Where applicable, payments may be processed through escrow systems. Funds are released only when agreed conditions are met.
6. Risk Acknowledgment Users understand that business collaborations involve risk. UrbanTrust does not guarantee success, profits, or outcomes.
7. Content Ownership Users retain ownership of their submissions but grant UrbanTrust rights to display and operate the platform.
8. Privacy & Data Usage Your data is collected and processed to improve services and ensure platform safety. We do not sell user data.
9. Account Suspension & Termination UrbanTrust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or pose risk to the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability UrbanTrust is not responsible for damages resulting from user interactions, agreements, or platform use.
11. Dispute Resolution Users agree to resolve disputes amicably first. Further disputes may be handled through arbitration.
12. Amendments UrbanTrust may update this agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
