UrbanTrust (operated by GWC Tech Hub Ltd) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards and measures we maintain to keep the platform safe.
1. Prohibited conduct
We strictly prohibit, on UrbanTrust:
- Any content or behaviour that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
- CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or solicitation of minors
- Use of the platform by anyone under [MINIMUM AGE — legal to confirm] years old
2. Reporting mechanism
Users can report CSAE content or behaviour directly in the app [DESCRIBE the in-app path — legal/product to confirm the exact wording once the in-app “Child safety / CSAE” report category is shipped].
Reports can also be sent to safety@urbantrust.io.
3. How we respond
- CSAE reports are prioritized and reviewed by our trust & safety team
- Confirmed CSAM is removed, the account is terminated, and evidence is preserved
- We report CSAM to [CONFIRM the correct legal body for the operating jurisdiction — legal to specify]
- We cooperate with law enforcement as required by law
